- 500 g potatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 pcs nutmeg
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
How to make it
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.(Pre-program it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)
- Rinse and peel 500 g potatoes. Cut them into very thin slices, preferably with a mandoline.
- In a bowl, mix the potato slices with 200 ml cream, the pressed 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp salt and pepper, and 1 pcs nutmeg and 1 pinch sugar. Make sure the potato slices are well coated.
- Distribute the potato mixture evenly into the muffin cups. Press down lightly so it becomes compact.
- Top each muffin cup with a generous amount of 100 g grated cheese.
