  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper

How to make it

Preparation:

  • Wash and scrub 500 g potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into wedges or cubes according to preference.

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, mix the potato wedges with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp Salt and pepper.
    Stir well, so that all potato pieces are coated.

Add Parmesan:

  • Add the freshly grated 50 g Parmesan cheese to the bowl and mix again, so the cheese is evenly distributed over the potatoes.

Prepare the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
    Line the basket with baking paper for easy cleaning.
    (Preheat it, or let it run for a couple of minutes before cooking)

Cooking:

  • Place the potato wedges in an even layer in the air fryer.
    Cook them for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
    Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
